Customer Operations is responsible for delivering superior customer service and sales support to our new and existing customers. Our team operates 82 internal call centers across our footprint of 41 states. A dedicated training and communications approach ensures representative specialization and outstanding service for residential and commercial customers.
Field Operations focuses on the performance, productivity and quality of our cable plants. In addition to maintaining plants, the department also ensures that quality technician service is delivered to our customers’ homes and businesses.
Network Operations is focused on the quality, reliability and integrity of the network systems through which we provide services to our customers—both residential and commercial. Among these systems are Charter’s national backbone network, our regional networks, headends and hubs, nodes and switches, and the network operating centers (NOC)—all critical components of a robust and reliable fiber-optic network.
Sales & Marketing
The Sales and Marketing team is tasked with the promotion and sale of products and solutions that accelerate growth and drive market penetration. Corporate employees set the pricing, packaging and positioning strategies, while Field Marketing teams work closely with Field Operations leadership to carry out customer communications and sales.
Spectrum Enterprise serves the unique needs of large organizations by providing network, cloud and IT infrastructure solutions and managed services to clients nationwide leveraging our wholly owned fiber network.

As a leader in the industry, we provide Spectrum Reach clients with access to our unique marketing platforms of choice. From traditional commercial advertising to exciting new possibilities in interactive media and multi-screen solutions, Spectrum Reach’s consultative team brings more than 22,000 advertising clients world-class creative and innovative advertising solutions.
Spectrum Networks is a suite of 31 channels, including 3 Regional Sports Networks, news, and local informational channels. With live events, in-depth shows and exclusive local programming, the department is dedicated to the lives and interests of Spectrum customers.
Our Corporate team is a critical part of our company’s mission of integrating the highest-quality service with superior entertainment and communications products that consistently exceed the expectations of our growing customer base. These teams include Programming, Legal, Finance, IT, Engineering, Human Resources, Diversity, Communications, Government Affairs and Security.
The Product team designs, develops and manages the nation’s best connectivity and entertainment products for our residential and Spectrum Business customers. To deliver quality products and an outstanding customer experience, we rely on a diverse team of professionals with specialized skills, including product management, user experience and industrial design, information architecture, usability testing, web and mobile customer-facing software development, prototyping, deployment management, business planning, content curation, business development and business analysis.
