BE PART OF THE CONNECTION:
After completing our award-winning training, you align your sales skills with a group of high-performing Major Account Executives. You have a tangible impact on Sales by generating a high-value new business pipeline each year. Working within an office environment, you use best-in-class enablement and outreach techniques to meet or exceed a weekly and monthly sales goal.
HOW YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE:
Complete our 12-week paid sales training that won a Brandon Hall Group gold award for excellence in Best Advance in Sales Enablement and Performance Tools.
Track all activity and opportunities and generate reports using Salesforce.com to manage a pipeline of interested prospects.
Assess prospects’ needs, identify decision-makers and implement strategies and plans to successfully create client relationships.
Build and quarterback a Mutual Action Plan (MAP) with prospects.
Provide detailed and engaging product and service explanations to clients.
Schedule qualified client transitions with their assigned outside sales team.
Work with boundary partners to resolve client issues and mitigate risks.
WHAT YOU BRING TO SPECTRUM ENTERPRISE
Required qualifications:
Experience: Two or more years of sales experience in business development or prospecting.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or marketing or equivalent experience.
Technical skills: Familiar with Spectrum Enterprise products.
Skills: Discovery, organizational and strong English communication skills.
Abilities: Continuous learner, resilient, persistent and the ability to handle a high volume of rejection; Inner desire to push themselves and coachable.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with Salesforce.
Knowledge of the telecommunications industry.
